BOX VR

Hey Guys! What’s up? Thanks for hanging out with me today. Guess what? I’ve just added something new to my self-care Tuesday’s routine. In a previous post, I talked about getting my Oculus Quest and how I love it so much.

Well, today’s post is actually about one of the apps that I currently have on my quest.

A few days ago Oculus Quest had their one year anniversary and they had a sale on games for the Quest and Rift Virtual Reality headsets. Of course, I had to check out what was on sale. I purchased a few games over the last few days and finally, I decided to break down and buy Box VR. There are a lot of people in my Oculus Quest groups who use Box VR to stay in shape and burn some calories. There are definitely some pros and cons but that’s okay.

After buying Box VR and trying it out, it really makes you work up a sweat, which is what I want if I expect to burn calories. I’m trying to see if I can get down to 135 lbs. I currently weigh 139 lbs, although yesterday I weighed 138lbs. I’m really liking Box VR. At one point I didn’t think I would ever purchase that app. Box VR is a combination of upper body movement and some lower body movements like squats. I’ve heard the talk about sweating a lot when doing Box VR and at first I didn’t think it was possible but now I know differently.

I love that you can track your progress, it’s totally fun to do, so you don’t get bored. There’s a variety of music choices to choose from. I also love that there is a class every day to take. Even though I’m making this part of my self-care Tuesday routine; I’m seriously considering making this apart of my everyday routine. Overall I’m excited that I decided to try out Box VR, so much that it’s time I bring this post to a close is I can get in my daily workout of Box VR. Would you work out in virtual reality? Let me know in the comments down below. Happy reading and I’ll see you around the blogs. 😘🥰

      1. Maybe it’s not available for Quest? For Rift S, in My Workouts you can create, name and add music to a playlist (if you select Files, you can browse to mp3’s on your PC).
